Effective 21 October 2026. This notice covers our business enquiry form, not unrelated website analytics or third-party sites.

Who is responsible

金华戊马进出口有限公司 (“Wuma”), 浙江省金华市武义县经济开发区开发大道31号东来大厦6楼602室（武义县壶山汽车配件有限公司内）, China, receives and manages enquiries submitted through this website.

DOBO MOTORS LTD (company number 14141739), Apartment 1804 55 Upper Ground, London, England, SE1 9EY, United Kingdom, may receive relevant enquiry information and independently decide how to use it for its own business development and marketing. Cissy Liu coordinates enquiry follow-up, privacy requests, marketing opt-outs and retention reviews for both companies. Contact info@dobomotors.com.

Information, purposes and legal bases

We collect your name, business email, company, country or market, enquiry topic and message. You may also give a company website, phone or WhatsApp number, LinkedIn profile and model of interest. We record the submission time, source page, notice version and your separate marketing choices. Please do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive information in the message.

Wuma uses this information to assess and answer your enquiry, discuss the products or cooperation you requested, and maintain a business follow-up record. DOBO MOTORS LTD may use information it receives to answer a business enquiry addressed to it. Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, the basis for these enquiry and record-keeping activities is the companies’ legitimate interest in responding to business requests and managing potential business relationships. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

DOBO MOTORS LTD may use contact information for separate marketing only through a channel you have specifically selected on the form and where the applicable rules permit that contact. The legal basis for marketing based on those optional choices is your consent. Submitting an enquiry does not itself subscribe you to marketing. Earlier enquiries are not treated as retroactive opt-ins.

Your marketing choices

The form offers separate, initially unchecked choices for marketing by email, WhatsApp, live telephone call and LinkedIn direct message. None is required to submit an enquiry. You can withdraw a choice or object to marketing at any time by writing to info@dobomotors.com. We maintain do-not-contact records and screen live UK business marketing calls against applicable TPS and CTPS registers. No automated marketing campaign is triggered by submitting the form.

Recipients and international transfers

Enquiries are stored in a Hostinger website database, notified to the DOBO business mailbox and may be entered into Wuma’s customer relationship records. Authorised staff of Wuma in China and DOBO MOTORS LTD in the UK, plus the service providers needed to host the website and deliver email, may access relevant information. The website hosting plan currently lists its primary server and backup infrastructure in the United States. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States, China and the United Kingdom.

For applicable restricted transfers from DOBO MOTORS LTD in the UK to Wuma in China, the companies use a UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA), effective 21 October 2026. Hostinger’s data-processing terms provide contractual safeguards for applicable service-provider transfers. Retention and security

Each company reviews the enquiry, related customer records and marketing choices it holds 24 months after collection. Information no longer needed is deleted; a longer period is documented where an active relationship or legal obligation requires it. Limited suppression information may be retained to prevent unwanted marketing. Cissy Liu coordinates review and request handling across the website database, mailbox and CRM. Access is restricted to personnel who need the information, and the website uses HTTPS.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction; object to direct marketing or other processing where applicable; and withdraw a marketing choice without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@dobomotors.com. You are not legally required to submit the form, but without the required contact and enquiry details we cannot respond through it. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office for UK matters.
