A documentation review in four steps.

  1. Identify the destination

    Specify the country, intended use and sales channel. These are the starting points for the documentation discussion.

  2. Match the configuration

    Confirm the model, variant, equipment and approval reference applicable to the vehicle being offered.

  3. Review the documents

    Ask for the applicable approval information, COC availability and vehicle documentation. Detailed materials are shared after manual review.

  4. Confirm local requirements

    Review registration, licensing and permitted use with the relevant local authority or your qualified adviser before committing.

An approval reference does not mean that every variant, modification or use is permitted in every market. Final requirements depend on the destination and certified configuration.

Keep the evidence distinct

Type approval is not the same as internal testing.

Some product pages also describe manufacturer-reported durability validation. These internal figures are separate from statutory type-approval testing and are not presented as independent certification results.

For a purchasing decision, identify which document supports each requirement and ensure it applies to the configuration being ordered.
